Testimonials are so valuable for you to collect about customer experiences.

They do so much to build the know, like and trust factor with future customers.

You can use them to relay great information about what you do and the high quality of your goods or services.

Don’t be afraid to ask for them.

Generally, people are happy to support your business and share their feedback.

Collect photos, videos, notes and thankyous as you conduct your business to have them ready to share.

Send a text message or email requesting feedback or leaving a review.

Chat with current customers and get feedback about how they find your services.

 

A few tips when collecting them include:

- Make it easy for the customer. I recently completed a course that had a request for a testimonial at the end using the application testimonial.to. This paid service quickly collects text and video testimonials from customers, enabling you to showcase your offers from lots of customer feedback.

- Ensure you use them with permission only, especially when showing photos and videos identifying a customer.

- If customers are finding it hard to think what to share, offer some suggested questions that can guide them to talk about some of the benefits they received from working with you or what they love about the goods you have sold.
