No Office? No problem!

Today, in 3 minutes or less, you'll learn:
- By having a virtual office, you can get a professional business address for your website, marketing, and official use while keeping your home address private.
- You can save money while boosting credibility—it's a great option before committing to a whole office.
- There may be other benefits, such as mail collection and access to a co-working space.
In today's newsletter, I want to discuss virtual offices. Having a professional business presence through a virtual office offers many benefits without the high cost of renting a physical space. Virtual offices are top of mind as I am signing up my business for one at Hustle in Albury this week.
I am excited to have a virtual office for my business for many reasons:
#1 Credibility Boost: having a local business address on your website, business cards, and marketing materials makes your business look more established. I will update Google to give my business a physical address that people can find in a Google search.
#2 Privacy Protection: a virtual office allows you to keep your home address off ASIC, ATO, and public listings. This is so important to me when I have a public profile on social media.
#3 Stay Organised: my mail is collected and held on my behalf, so I don't miss any essential documents. It also saves having a PO Box.
#4 Flexible Work Options: I get access to a co-working space one day per month. I have already spent time there and loved all the focused work I was able to do. There were so few distractions there compared to at home! I can also access this space and hire meeting rooms to meet clients and run events and workshops, so it is fantastic to have access to this.
#5 Cost-Effective: at just $95+GST per month, a virtual office is a fraction of the cost of renting a physical office. Check out options closer to your home and see how the price compares.
#6 Networking: access to a group of like-minded professionals through a virtual office (and use of a co-working space) brings lots of benefits for you and your business, too. I am excited to connect and learn from other professionals, and I'm sure a lot of the businesses they run (photographers, videographers, web design, accounting, etc.) will come in very handy for my business, too.
A virtual office is a great stepping stone before committing to a physical office space. You get the benefits of a professional setup while keeping expenses low.
Would a virtual office work for you?
