Making offers is so essential for the success and viability of your business. Don’t make the mistake of creating a lot of content on your socials and website but not giving your customers ways to work with you. Calls to action in the form of links to your offers and other ways to engage with you are so important to have on your lead magnets and content.
Start thinking about offers you can sell early on in your business journey. It would be best if you focused on creating as much value as possible in your offer. Make your offer irresistible and always overdeliver. How can you add more value? How can you add even more value after that? Focusing on value creation makes it so much easier to sell your product and service and leads to less pressure to discount the price of what you are selling.
Also, set up systems that will support ongoing sales when customers are engaged with you, and you are solving their problems. For example, I recently purchased a pdf online about meal planning and preparation for our busy family life. The guide was excellent and contained a lot of value for the $20 amount I paid for it. Unfortunately, after my purchase, I heard nothing from the author in terms of further emails, a newsletter or a link to her socials. Not having any further contact was such a wasted opportunity, as I would have been happy to keep working with her on ideas to save time and mental load in my busy week.
