Making a Start - Kajabi, My All-in-one Platform Solution
Aug 19, 2022Making a Start - Kajabi, My All-in-one Platform Solution
I have decided to use Kajabi as my primary business platform. I initially planned to set up a WordPress Site through the Divi builder. I had organised a WordPress, Divi, Blue Host (website hosting) and Convertkit (for email) account, but then found Kajabi when I started researching platforms to deliver my courses. Initially, it can be costly to have a developer create a site to house all course content, so I decided to use an existing platform provider.
I realised that besides paying for all the programs I had signed on for (plus so many more programs I would still need, such as Thrivecart, Clickfunnels, and Memberpress), Kajabi could do it all for me for a reasonable monthly fee. Though it is more expensive than other platforms such as Podia and Teachable, I still thought that approximately $220/month was achievable, considering it is an all-in-one solution. I managed to get the first three months free (as I cancelled at the end of my 30-day free trial when I didn't feel ready and was offered a further two months free), and I also secured a Kickstart plan at a discounted rate to keep costs low while I create my website and course content.
I wanted a simple and streamlined system, so Kajabi made sense. I can have coaching, membership, courses, email marketing, funnels, and a podcast in one application. Further bonuses include not having to patch so many applications together to have them all work seamlessly, and Kajabi does most of my online security and system maintenance. So, I won't have to pay outside providers to manage all this on a WordPress site.
