A Journalling Practice Could Help You Too

Have you considered starting a journaling practice to help you be more intentional?

You can make this whatever you want it to be.

You may do this for a few minutes in the morning or at night.

Have a special journal in that you jot down notes.

Light a candle, make a cup of tea, and find some quiet space.

Create some 'me' time for yourself and enjoy the process.

My particular focus is on connecting my day-to-day actions with my bigger goals.

The more I become future me right now, the better my chance of achieving it.

The more I contemplate my goals, the more my brain figures out how to make them happen.

The more I reflect on my actions through self-coaching, the more I learn and push through future challenges.

Journalling is definitely a regular practice that is worth considering.
