My Tips for Offering One-On-One Coaching Online
May 18, 2023My Tips for Offering One-On-One Coaching Online
I want to share how I have set myself up to offer one-on-one coaching online, so you can see it is very doable for you too (even if you don’t have a website yet!).
Here is all that you need to do for each one-on-one session:
- I send a reminder about the time we will meet before our appointment. I also send out a Zoom link (if I haven’t already done so in a previous email).
- At the time of the appointment, I open the Zoom room I have set up for the meeting and then meet with my client through Zoom. I have paid for the Pro Zoom subscription at $210/year so that my sessions don’t cut out after 40 minutes.
- After the session, I:
- record any important notes in a Google Doc.
- send my client a follow-up email with any necessary information and action points. I have a Gmail account for my business and have created a professional email signature for each email in Canva.
- send an invoice for payment from Stripe. Stripe sends an email to my client with a link they can click on to make a credit card payment (which they automatically receive a receipt for). They can also download a copy of their invoice from the email.
Are you offering one-on-one services or thinking about doing it? I would love to hear more.
